RANDY FOWLIE
Chief Executive Officer & President
Randy Fowlie became the Chief Executive Officer & President in December of 2010. Mr. Fowlie has operated a consulting practice since 2006. He previously held the position of Vice President and General Manager, Digital Media, of Harris Corporation (formerly Leitch Technology Corporation), a public software and hardware company. From 1998 to 2005 he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Inscriber Technology Corporation, a software company acquired by Leitch in 2005. Previously Mr. Fowlie was a partner with KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, where he worked from 1984 to 1998. Mr. Fowlie sits on the boards of Open Text Corporation, Semcan Inc. and RDM Corporation. He received a B.B.A. (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University and he is a Chartered Accountant.
RUI MALHINHA
Chief Financial Officer
Rui Malhinha became Chief Financial Officer in July of 2011. Mr. Malhinha has an extensive background as a senior financial executive with a solid track record of managing finances and operations of technology companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Intelligent Mechatronic Systems Inc. (MIS), a provider of telematics and wireless products and other technologies. From 1998 to 2004 he was CFO and VP Finance for RAND A Technology Corporation, a TSX-listed provider of software, professional services and IT infrastructure solutions for enhanced product development and engineering. Prior to Rand, he served as a Senior Audit and Business Advisory Manager in Arthur Andersen’s Enterprise practice. Mr. Malhinha is a Chartered Accountant and earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration with an Economics option from Wilfrid Laurier University.
GRAHAM HEIT
Chief Technical Officer, Vice President of Product Development
Graham Heit is the CTO and Vice President of Product Development at RDM Corporation, and is a member of the RDM senior executive team. Graham has been with RDM since 1998 and has been a primary leader of the development of RDM’s payment solutions initiatives. Prior to joining RDM, Graham held a number of progressive positions at NCR Corp, and was deeply involved in NCR’s ImageMark initiatives, NCR’s flagship product offerings for large scale check processing. Graham has over 20 years of experience in solution architecture and development, specifically within the check and document automation industries. Graham holds an Honours Degree in Computing and Electronics with secondary focus in Business Administration.
HARRY ROSE
Vice President of Sales
Harry Rose became Vice President of Sales in July of 2011. Mr. Rose has more than 20 years of experience in managing, leading and coaching sales teams at companies such as Unisys, Symcor and iGATE Patni. His background includes significant experience in the payment marketplace at both Unisys and Symcor US. Most recently he was Vice President and Head of US Sales for the Banking and Financial Services division of iGATE, a billion-dollar global technology provider headquartered in California. Previously he was Senior Director of US Sales for Symcor, Inc., a major North American-based financial services payment processing outsourcing company. Mr. Rose has held a number of sales roles at Unisys Corporation, culminating in the position of Director of Worldwide Channel Sales Operations. He has also served as Senior VP of Sales at BISYS Document Solutions, a major provider of payment solutions to US community banks. Harry has earned a B.S. in computer science & Marketing from Kean University.
MICHAEL (MIKE) MURPHY
Vice President of Product Management and Marketing
Mike Murphy is the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for RDM Corporation, and is a member of the RDM senior executive team. Prior to joining RDM, Mike was Vice President of Marketing at Transaction Network Services (NYSE: TNS). Mike’s prior experience includes increasingly senior roles at Fortune-100 consumer packaged goods companies Procter & Gamble, RJR/Nabisco and Mobil Oil. Mike has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience. Mike earned a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and has a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Maine.
TONY YANG
Vice President of Business Development
Tony Yang is the Vice President of Business Development for RDM Corporation, and is a member of the RDM senior executive team. With over 20 years of business development, sales and marketing experience, Tony has worked for a number of international hi-tech companies including Fortune 500 firm. Most recently, Tony was the Vice President of Business Development (International) for Altton International with responsibilities for global business strategies, partnership & business development and sales & marketing. Tony obtained a MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Ph.D. from University of Strathclyde.
