RDM’s Image & Transactions Management System (ITMS®) is an incredibly secure, robust and flexible archive for all deposit documents and associated data. The ITMS Image Archive is ideal for companies engaged in Electronic Check Conversion, Electronic Lockbox or RCK.
Check deposit images and information may be uploaded either via modem or Ethernet, in real time or batched at end of day. Once uploaded, images are securely archived for 7 years. The ITMS Platform includes a full reporting suite and sophisticated research tools to review and find information. Check Image Searches may be done through a custom branded web interface or by executing calls to a secure web service for absolute control over the user experience.
